Art and Myrtle live in Larklight, a house in orbit around the Moon in aetheric space. Upon the arrival of an unexpected visitor, they are thrust into an adventure spanning the solar system against an implacable that has survived since the dawn of time. There may be a chance that their upper lips will soften, but it isn't likely.

This is a very silly novel. I enjoyed it, but it is neither deep nor particularly moving. I wouldn't recommend it for children below age 10.
