This is a thick book to basically say, "offer good choices, give them a set and structured time to eat, then stay out of it from there on out". I agree and realized that my kids really don't have any eating problems despite the fact that I wish they ate more vegetables. The whole beginning is about breastfeeding and I didn't read that part because I've pretty much got that part figured out by now and am sceptical of someone having THAT much to say about it.
