Spoiler Alert. Where is Rabbi Waxman? He is in hell!! Why? Because he was a stubborn Jew who didn't believe in Jesus. Chick once again sticks it to the unbelievers, no matter how good of a person you are, if you don't believe you in jay to the motherfucking see you will burn forever. Surprisingly, this isn't one of Chick's more offensive tracts. The Jews aren't drawn in as nearly the terribly awful ways that Chick caricatures them in other tracts, and Chick doesn't spit as much venom at people different than him as he sometimes does, but even without being as overtly offensive as possible still he somehow manages to get his point across.

Joshua Nomen-Mutatio The point's pretty venomous in itself no matter how nicely it's made. It's actually hard to think of a worse way of viewing morality and fellow human beings. Even wanting to annihilate every last living creature isn't as bad as feeling it's justified to punish people eternally. At least in the former situation they're just dead and not in agony forever. No crime fits eternal punishment.

Chick tracts are hilarious though -- except for the fact that certain people read them as ways of gathering legit information about how the world operates.

Greg It is scary that there are people who sincerely read these and believe them. It's the secular equivalent of knowing everything about the world from those after-school specials they used to show and anti-drug commercials.

Joshua Nomen-Mutatio Yeah, that's a good comparison. Or maybe the equivalent to learning all you know about the world from R.L. Stine books and the backs of cereal boxes. I guess the comparisons could go on and on.

Greg The back of any cereal box has more actual facts than probably all the chick tracts combined.

Esteban del Mal Hey, if it wasn't Jesus it'd just be something else. These are Jews that we're talking about here.

Joshua Nomen-Mutatio I always knew Jack Chick was Esteban's pen name.

Esteban del Mal I'm too lazy to be consistently anti-Semitic.

"Jack Chick" sounds like a guy that sells used cars who decided after his mom died and he got the house and the Oldsmobile that he wanted to be a woman.
