In another frenetic episode of Rachel's life, Rachel, distraught over Kisten's death, is desperate to remember the events surrounding his murder and discover the killer. Meanwhile, life continues on, and she's called in to investigate murders linked to an scary, emotion sucking Banshee.

'White Witch, Black Curse' is another great installment of 'The Hollows'. The novel is roughly half concentrated on her job and the investigation, and half concentrated on the drama in her life. I loved both aspects. The 'murder of the week' is exciting and the resolution is perfect. Rachel, Ivy, and Jenks are ever the engaging characters, and I want to read on about the latest trials and tribulations in their lives. I'm looking forward to the next in the series.
