bookshelves: work-shelf, currently-reading

Despite it's faults, I cannot put this book down...cliche and superficial a bit, but the core thesis nails it. Shed old paradigms. Risk. Unpredictability. Ivory tower academics will hate it...but I like that it is a bit scrappy and random.
