This is definitely a good intro to healthy eating, although it may preach to the choir a bit for those who already follow a largely plant-based diet. For me, the most interesting sections were those that discussed the origins of our culture's obsession with nutritionism, as well as the effects that food traditions have on overall health in other cultures.
