Actually...more like we ARE homeschoolers....but whateves. I secretly (not so secretly, now) love Lisa Whelchel's site and advice so I thought I'd give her book a spin. It was a great read. The type of book I'll need to check out from the library again when I'm pulling my hair out and threatening to "send them all away to public school". ;) hehe

I TRULY enjoyed taking a peek into other homeschool families and how they make it work. Each family situation, reasons for homeschooling and methods of homeschooling were VERY different. I found this refreshing. The book was full of advice without "handing out advice." Does that make sense? It even opened my eyes up to some possibilities for our homeschool options as they mutate over the years.

This was a quick, enjoyable read and I'd recommend it to homeschool moms as well as homeschool-wannabe moms. ;)
