Ken Follett certainly knows how to write books that keep you interested. This one involves research done by Professor Jeannie Farrami into identical twins that are raised seperately. Her search for such subjects leads to finding Steve, who she falls in love with, and his identical twin who is in jail for murder. One of her close friends is then raped by someone who looks just like Steve. It couldn't be Steve though could it? He does have a twin but the twin is in jail right?

There are things going on in the background. Genetico is the company who Jeannie works for and they fire Jeannie for invading people's privacy through her search engine. Is that really why they fired her though?

Fun read. Follett does a great job of using things that could actually happen in today's high tech world to make the reader think and wonder.
