Entertaining nonfiction compilation, great for reluctant readers. Reading about stupid crooks is guaranteed to make you feel smarter. The story of the Bad Luck Burglar on p. 4 makes a great class read-aloud.

p. 53 - read aloud

Katie Becky, one of the boys from Genoa came in requesting this book after your talk. His mother said he "doesn't like to read", so good work!
