I still really like Adelia, and her sort-of friendship with King Henry is progressing nicely. But the whole romance aspect seems really tacked on, especially since she and Rowley are only together for about a 10 pages out of the book. Plus it's hard to understand why Adelia even likes him, other than I guess he's good in bed. But a tumble every two years isn't a relationship.
