really liked it

Even though the parts in the underground caverns gave me the heeby-geebies, I finished this book and am glad.
I've read at least five of these Anna Pigeon Mysteries now, and I do have one bone to pick: why does Anna always have to get injured or nearly die at the end of each one. And yet she goes on like Indiana Jones hanging on the the outside of a Nazi submarine.
I like that she's tough, but in this one I could not believe it anymore. She can't be this tough and still be human.
