Not gonna lie-- I didn't get past page 200. The first half outlines how we're screwing up the planet and the second half is comprised of Friedman's ideas on how to fix it. While I agree with him that we need major institutional change in order to reverse the damage we've been inflicting on the planet, I didn't have the heart to keep going. Sorry, Tom.

Kay It isn't that no one knows there's trouble....so many books have been written and yet, no major institutional change to reverse the damage.............It is disheartening to say the least. Even among the do gooders, there are a bevy of ideas and options, no one can agree on what, where, or how to fix it...........thanks, I'll pass on this book as well.
