joy *the clean-reader extraordinaire* these were my naptime books for several years as a kid. mom and i would take turns reading them aloud while my little sister napped. i still think of them fondly and look forward to doing the same with my daughter!

Cassandra Joy, I'm not sure I ever remember them being read aloud to me, but I do remember reading them myself! I love the "old fashioned-ness" of the series, the way children were raised to obey and respect their elders. I can't wait to have kids so that I can read this series to them!
