it was amazing
bookshelves: readbefore2005

This is the conclusion of Sand's operatic, dramatic music, mystical novel Consuelo where our heroine after an ill fated marriage finds herself at the Prussian court being the centre of intrigue and being courted by a very mysterious character.

Less than the original but still quite good even if it has more mystic undertones and political intrigues than the original.
