I thought this book had a neat concept. I could've done without the stories of Marian the Librarian, but given the nature of the book, I lean towards them being necessary. I liked the conversational tone of the book, but it did kind of feel like a job to read it. I wasn't picking it up because I had to see where it was going, I was picking it up because it's a bookring and I need to get it on it's way.
It was definitely original though, and I'm glad I got to read it.
