really liked it

Another incredible and intricate epic. Really enjoyed it, but it's not quite as good as ShoGun. Also, the end seemed really abrupt. You get all this detail and all this interwoven plot, and then the last section of it seems like Clavell just got tired of writing it, and you get little summaries and clips on different characters. It was a little rough-edged at the end, but still great fun. I'm excited for the rest of The Asian Saga.
