Useless book, does not live up to it's title. It is filled with Larry's self-promotion and name-dropping stories. Larry just tells us what a great guy he is, and how cool he is because he talked to all those important people, and all that in a fairly unstructured way. No actual advise on communicating, no "lessons" that you could expect form a king of interviews.
