** spoiler alert ** a slower read, but good nevertheless. Mrs. compson has endured many loses all at once and through the teaching of sarah how to quilt, she has told her life story of love, loss, and grudge holding. Sarah is helping her clean out her old childhood mansion in preparation for a sale, but in the process ends up finding a purpose to use her accounting skills for "a purpose" and in the process she helps an older woman heal old wounds and bring a lost family back together. The story is to continue in the next book "the christmas quilt." this is a clean,heart-warming series with great life lessons.
