I seriously cannot believe how good this book was. I really could not put it down. The Woman in White is usually considered Collins's masterpiece but I think I loved this one more. The whole novel is so complicated with its webs of mystery and the multitude of suspects that you really do not know who is guilty until the very end. No wonder this book is called the original mystery novel. I also love how Betterage goes on and on about Robinson Crusoe I think it is really funny because when I was seven I was as obsessed with the novel as Betterage is. Really Robinson is a great novel and I love how Collins weaved that humorous aspect in to the novel.
