Asimov provides thirty short stories, with three skeptics listening to the tales of their fellow club member Griswold, who has an uncanny knack for solving problems. Griswold provides his friends--and Asimov provides the reader--with opportunity to figure out the puzzles, but needless to say most of the time Griswold's knowledge and logical skills triumph.
