A remarkable resource for musicians, offering many insights into the careers, attitudes, and study techniques of some of the greatest conductors working in the 1980s. Heartening, inspiring, and emboldening for aspiring conductors.

Too bad it's full of grammatical, syntactical, and spelling errors -- but the book is most certainly worth it and still deserves five starts. What a wonderful project Ms. Wagar took on.
