This book is written from the perspective of an autistic teenager. Seeing the world through his eyes was both troubling and fascinating. I couldn't put it down, even when the story would move really slowly because of the infinite math details (the kid is a math whiz).

When I finished the story, I was relieved because it took tremendous effort not to feel the same frustration that I would have felt had I been dealing with the child directly.

I recommend this book to others who wish to learn more about developmental disabilities or have dealt with children with disabilities in the past.
