Picoult handles some of the toughest subject matters we face today and she manages to present all sides while telling a story you can't put down. Bullying has been getting a lot of press lately and with good reason. No one can really determine what makes a person "snap". The little surprise at the end is also a Picoult trait (and you won't be disappointed).
