Read in February, 2007

I had to read this book as part of an Alabama lit class in college. At first I wasn't so sure about it, but after reading it, I realized how much I liked it. There is so much symbolism in the book, and it is pretty entertaining. The ending is sad but hopeful. Truman Capote can write about things in a complex way without making it too difficult to read.
