Read in July, 2007

It is only occasionally tedious. It is often very funny. Maybe when I finish it, I can live without reading Joyce and Proust.

Spiros Call me Philistine: I'm reasonably certain that most of us can live without reading Joyce or Proust.

Stas certainly, but i was thinking of self-defense in mixed company. I don't know about you Spiros, but I sometimes find myself cornered by literary snobs and then I need something to lash out against them with.

Spiros I find a Louisville Slugger to be most efficacious in those circumstances.
