I was hooked pretty early in this thinly veiled portrait of Laura Bush. Actually it's more as if Laura Bush were raised by Eleanor Roosevelt and married into the Kennedy family. Throw in some plausible lewd incidents that sound like something GW or Bill Clinton might have done in their worst moments. Half the fun is trying to figure out if any of this might be true. The book may be a little too long, and the writing isn't always literary, but it's good read nonetheless.
