A fitting end to a strange and wonderful series. Potter-mania may go down in the annals of history as a quirk (though Rowling's wallet won't care), but there's a lot to love about Harry and his adventures. Delightful youth fare in the first few books, and darker more adult fare in the last few, still they offer everyone a chance to reinvigorate that little piece of them that still believes in fairies, werewolves, magical realms, and the chance that that curiously-shaped stick you found in the woods just might turn your neighborhood bully into a toad. Also has an ultimate to-the-death battle between good and evil, but who doesn't these days?
