This book starts to get more into the roles of women and the general attitude toward women in the Navajo culture, as well as the differences in what is considered polite to a Navajo vs. what we would consider polite, or other-wise. It shows that what others say or don't say doesn't necessarily mean what we would mean if we said or didn't say the same thing. This is a step to understanding.
