This reminded me so much of Da Vinci code. Interesting story, check. HORRIBLE dialogue that made me want to stab myself in the eye... check. Knowing what would happen on about page 14... check.

My friend gave this to me as a book that she loved, so I know that this book will have a huge audience. For me, there are certain crimes in dialoque that just make me insane. Namely, when the dialoque is not equal to the person - gar. The father telling his daughter the story of how attracted he was to her mother- eww. These long flowery sentences - told by father to daughter, wrong. In the end, I just wanted to get to the end, and I did, and that's good enough for me.
