it was amazing

I recently read this book and I've often wondered why Sidney Sheldon with all his talent has chosen to write thrillers; he could have written novels with his analytical style. I yet learned after reading this book how society can be harsh and give great talents no choice but to write what sells more and not what they really wish to write. I think Sidney Sheldon was great;Master of the Game, Sands of Time, Memoreis of Midnight could stand for good wroks of art; they're so much more than thrillers and The other Side of Me is a living proof to that. It's just the tough Holywood struggle to survive that made him perform less than what he could have given and the time he spent writing books instead of movie scripts was short but according to his own words, were the happiest. A significant book to read and hopefully it changes the rigid system imposed upon people of talent.
