    <body><![CDATA[An interesting text.  I get the feeling though that Bauerlein thought people would label him a blind fogey curmudgeon for writing this book because he goes way off the deep end with showing evidence to back up his claims.  Overall, he makes a good argument, and I plan on teaching an essay from this book, but he definitely fails at reaching greater potential because his voice is often lost in pages of supporting data.]]></body>
