I got this for my daughter a while ago and I think it does an excellent job introducing lots of subjects about the body and how to care for it. It discusses more intimate subjects like developing breasts, pubic hair, periods, and even gives step-by-step instructions for how to put in a tampon and advice on shaving your armpits.
