    <body><![CDATA[I know this is an award winner. But that award was given by adult who are librarians and are going to read it all the way through. Few teens are going to have the patience to do that. <br/><br/>Note all the comments here about &quot;it took a while for me to get into this...the first half is slow....not enough happens at first....&quot; etc? Do you really think that the average reader of crap like &quot;Twilight&quot; is going to have the same patience as a bright young Childrens/YA librarian--or a cranky older one? :D<br/><br/>There is too much going on here. There's the war between the schools story, there's Taylor's back story, there's the Narnie story. It's confusing and jerky.  Eventually, they all come together and the ending will satisfy by making (nearly) everything come out happily ever after--a bit of a stretch for me, but great for those teens, if they get there.<br/><br/>And I don't think that they will.<br/>]]></body>
