This was a great little book. It takes its inspiration from the time traveling (or tessering) of A Wrinkle in Time, and it totally blew my mind. I was left thinking chickend-and-the-egg type questions all night long after I finished it. (What came first, your decision to time travel or the fact that you have already time traveled...in the future?...)

Miranda's narrative voice was really wonderful, and I liked how the book ended up being less about time traveling (though the hows, whos, and whys of that definitely keep the plot suspenseful and moving along) and more about seeing past your first impressions and actually getting to know other people for who they really are, whether its the homeless guy on the corner, girl at school that you hate, your best friend, or even your mom.
