I enjoyed reading this one, and I am considering buying it. I loved the coleslaw recipe. I would really like to try some of the baking recipes. It also looked to have yummy recipes for sandwiches and lunch fare.

Patsy I just bought this book yesterday and love it! I especially love to bake. The dessert recipes are really good. I've tried the fudge pie and it's great. Rich and chocolate!! But simple. (found about 5 or 6 of her dessert recipes on line, but that's all, and they're copyrighted.) I collect cookbooks anyway so I just went ahead and bought it. She tells you in the cookbook which recipes she serves and sells at her resturant.
