Bringing Down the House really is a real-life Ocean's 11 story. Six students from MIT go to Vegas, cheat like devils, win big and stick it to the man. If you have any kind of love-hate feelings toward Las Vegas, this is a perfect story. It's a better thriller than most fiction, and it's expertly written. I read it after visiting Vegas for the first (and likely last) time, and I thought the book captured both the thrill and the repulsion I felt while I was there. A quick, fun read and a perfect example of how fun nonfiction can be.
