Lincoln Child and Douglas Child Preston writing both together or separately are two more of my favorite "comfort" authors. Love the science concepts they always put in their books. I listened to this one and, as always, kudos to Scott Brick the reader.
Lincoln Child did exceptionally well with Terminal Freeze. Synopsis A scientific expedition unearths an ancient animal encased in ice; documentary team arrives to film thawing of aforesaid animal; animal thaws and some VERY nasty things ensue.
There were a couple of occasions where parts of the book were so suspenseful that I had a white knuckled death grip on the car wheel, shreiking at the top of my lungs. A great thrill ride of a read!
