I really like books that tell funny incidents from the main character's life... but I've learned from The Idiot Girls' Action-Adventure Club that there needs to be a bit of an apologetic attitude in the telling of these tales. Here a series of drunken, immature and plain stupid incidents are told as if they are completely acceptable behavior. No change in sight for this main character, so at half-way through I've set this book aside in the hopes of something more to my liking.
