This is a must read book for all parents.
I have a stepson so there is a whole chapter on teenagers and this is why I sought out this book. The chapter tells how (GASP) their minds are not quite "a finished product.." but still developing. This sentence itself made me realize why my stepson is still "growing up" and made me kind of stand back and look at him differently.
It's a helpful book without being boring - giving advice on how to be a parent and not a friend, explaining the different types of parenting styles, and going into aspects of how to raise a product human being.
