Front and Center wraps up the Dairy Queen trilogy- Really like Dairy Queen and The Off Season, wonderful books. Now DJ is heading back to school after spending a month with Win at the physical rehabilitation center. Football season and all the notoriety have passed and the Real season, B Ball are up- she has been training with Win and is ready to move on - no boyfriends, no football, no spotlight. Not to be. Her great old friend Beaner has been waiting to step up their relationship, Brian is still 'around'- wht's up with that?, and now she finds that college basketball coaches want a decision _this_ year for their teams. Each day is a challenge and a decision for DJ.
