This short story collection is wierd with a capital W. I like it! There is a theme of, well, Theme Parks. And death. But not like you would expect. Not like kids dying on a great drop ride when the cable snaps and decapitates a kid, or a roller coaster ride when the car goes careening over the edge into the parking lot and crashes into a bus load of Baptists. Not that kind of Theme Park Death.

No, wierder. Like a whacked out security guard hunts down petty thieves and shoots them for stealing candy, or even suspecting them of stealing.

There are a variety of time periods in these stories, and a few that deal with water filter salesmen. I don't know why, but who am I to question? I just read the stories and laugh, or not, whatever is appropriate.

I personally write pretty wierd stuff, so I feel I have found a kindred spirit. I look forward to his other collections!

Nophoto-f-25x33 Wish I had time to read! Schoo has started and my spare time is grading papers or preparing lesson plans. Can't wait for things to slow down and I can snuggle with a book.
