I'd already read Blood Price, but years ago so I reread it to refresh my memory. It was about as good as I remembered it being, which is to say, not AMAZING but definitely good and enjoyable. Huff has a decent sense of pacing and reveal.

I didn't expect Blood Trail to be about werewolves, although I should have. Huff's concept of werewolves is interesting, and the book was a good read. I found myself laughing aloud many times; the interactions among Henry, Vicki, and Celluci are always funny.
