oh i loved this book so much. anyone who gives this less than four stars is a wowser! I don't usually use such strong language but how could you not fall in love with this man and his family and his quirky band of helpers. I was blown away by the selflessness of Greg Mortenson and my heart was pounding in the scary bits. I won't spoil it... but I'm very keen for a sequel. How this missed my radar I'll never know but thanks to Debbie from our book club for discovering it. One of the best stories about the good nature of humanity I've read in a very long time. Buy this book, read it and then pass it on. I'm going to buy a copy and donate it to my local library this week.
