I thought this was fascinating and well worth the time I spent listening to it. I can't claim to understand all the workings of Britain's pre-WW II politics, or that of the other countries touched on in the book, but I certainly know more than I did before I began this odyssey. I liked the mix of information about Churchill's personal and family life along with the political and public service. I am sorry to have to wait for the publication of volume III.
