Wonderful overview of the role of sex in evolution. This book presents the idea that human intelligence as more akin to peacock feathers rather than a lion's claws (i.e. that human intelligence was sexually selected in, rather than of being an immediate food gathering advantage). I'm not sure that I buy all of the arguments in the book, but they are fairly interesting none-the-less.
