A mute who turns out not be a mute is the wheelman for a well planned bank job- but double cross abounds and things go quickly awry. Our hero- Lennon- is nearly killed a dozen times, but escapes time and again to go after the money- as well as his soon to be sister-in-law, who’s also carrying his niece or nephew. Her delicate condition doesn’t however stop her from taking cops hostage at gunpoint, killing men with her knees, or putting guns in the mouths of Russian mobsters. She’s cool, Lennon is cool, and the rest are mostly a fun mix of mobsters, ex-cops, and thugs looking to make a big score. The body count is insanely high, but this torn from the script pages of Guy Ritchie. Fun read- the end is a laugher.
