Of all the books I have read since having ovarian cancer and dealing with the adventures of menopause, this is The One I would recommend to anyone who want to educate herself about what is going on or what will go on in her body in the second half of life.
As promised, this book presents "the first complete, scientifically sound, preventative, and restorative plan for sturdy, resilient bones ..."
The book includes a 21-day meal plan, recipes and exercises as well as an easy to follow 6-week program to wellness.
This is the third time I have read through this book. I have learned something different each time. This last time, I took careful notes and I am passing it on to my friend ...
