This isn't for me - not sure what I was expecting but it wasn't this. I think I believe in angels but this is too religious for me. I wanted people's stories without the overkill on religon. Maybe that can't be done but.....
I gave it a two because I doubt it's a bad book and I don't want to give it a one for that reason.

I ordered them because I love to read peoples stories and have read some angel books in the past that didn't get into religion at all other then to tell the story of how the people believed they had been saved by an angel. That's what I was hoping this one would be.

Eva Leger Oh jeez, maybe I'm more intolerant of it than you though! I hope you like it more than I did. I read the first few stories (they're fairly short) then skipped to the middle and read a few out of order trying to see if they were all centered on religon and they were. For me.
I'm glad you commented though because this has been on my mind, what I wanted like what you wanted. I was wondering if it was silly of me to think I could get a book about stories like this without being so much about religon. But I do think it's possible. Probably in the minority but possible still! lol
I'm going to pass this one on to Krissy if she wants it, she has it listed to-read. Tell me what you think when you open it up! Hey, the stories are short so you could pull it out, read a few, and figure out pretty quick if it's not for you.
A lot of people really like this author though - I noticed that!

*•.♥.•*Sabrina Rutter*•.♥.•* Yeah, I saw that a lot of people like this author so that was why I went on ahead and got two books by her. I know there are books that don't center so much on religion that tell stories about angel rescues because I used to own some but I can't remember the name of them. If I come across a good angel book that doesn't focus on religion I'll be sure to pass it your way because I know there are some great ones out there!

Eva Leger I'll keep my eye out too and if I find any I'll let you know!

Stephanie I guess I don't get how one can be interested in angels and not religion. God created angels as our spiritual guides and protectors. It's difficult to talk about angels without God and religion.

*•.♥.•*Sabrina Rutter*•.♥.•* Religion, and God are not the same thing. You might think they are, but they're not. People can claim to have religion, and not know about God at all. You obviously don't know what she's talking about. She's not saying that she doesn't believe in God at all, she's simply saying she wants to read about the encounters with angels, but doesn't want to read religious writings. If you can't understand that then I don't know what to tell you.
