Fabulous book. I kept reading reviews about how boring it was, but I didn't find it boring at all. Actually, I couldn't put it down. This book just runs the range of emotions, every high and low and everything in between (joy, horror, satisfaction, shock, worry, etc etc). The office scenes reminded me of Office Space (the movie)--not with the humor, but the whole situation. It IS funny, because it's true...

It reminded me of a modernized Babbitt in many ways--or maybe I just enjoy books that tear into suburban hell, having grown up there (and escaped!) myself.
