HOLY SHIT!
Funny. Very funny. And a brilliant mix of humor ranging in topic and style. Truly a collection of the very best.
As for some of the essays, I want to immediatley clarify that what some may mistake for pretentiousness is actually the opposite: very educated people making fun of the things they're known for taking too seriously. There is great social commentary resting beneath the hillarity of these essays and if future generations care to look, they will use this book to observe the breadth of American life in this decade and some of the silliness that arose from the first internet generation.
